At Lilly Pilly Style we want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us!
 
We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying.
 
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
 
1. If something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us to receive a store credit or exchange. Please send us an email at lillypillystyleboutique@outlook.com with your order number, what you are returning, reason for return and if you would like an exchange or store credit. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds.
2. Send back your item/s via trackable post. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. Lilly Pilly Style does not assume responsibility for lost parcel returns. These are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds are not provided for your return postage cost. However, if the reason for return is the responsibility of Lilly Pilly Style (eg. wrong item / size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it, we will offer a replacement or refund in these circumstances and refund your return postage cost.
4. If you are returning your items within Australia, we recommend using a shipping satchel provided by Australia Post.
5. Once your return has been delivered to us and processed we will issue you with a store credit via email. Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue and can be used in our online store.
 
 
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, without smell of perfume/deodorant and with all tags attached. Lilly Pilly Style reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.
 
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the date your return is received by Lilly Pilly Style. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address linked to your Lilly Pilly customer account and or text message.
 
Please note that no returns can be made on sale items unless they are deemed by us to be faulty. If you have purchased an item as a second or with a known fault it cannot be returned as faulty for an exchange or refund.

Faulty/Damaged Items:
Please contact us immediately if you believe an item you’ve received from an online order has arrived to you damaged or faulty. We will handle this issue with the highest of priority and care.
